Killer debut! Murders Calling hail from Rome and feature members of Dirty Power Game, Ultimo Mondo Cannibale, Dr. Gore and Compulsion. They deliver eleven songs of pure old school death tinged grindcore, the kind that makes all the muscles in your neck compulsevely harden and relax to create the most powerful headbang they're capable of! Murders Calling music draws back directly to the roots of the genre, mixing the blind assault of bands like Napalm Death or Terrorizer with the thick and metallic sound of Assuck and Dismembered Fetus, all shaken up with some speedaholic parts ?-la Yacopsae and even some death metal moments not so far from the legendary early works by Morbid Angel. This is an impressive, burning debut, that shows a band that really can destroy everything in its path. Highly reccomended if you miss the good ol' extreme music climax days!
